Hoctor is implementing an elite level of hospitality at the Monarch Chophouse, featuring thoughtful touches like chilled salad forks and hot towel service. As you would expect, the dining experience at the Monarch Chophouse will be an event that tempts all the senses.

“The Monarch Chophouse will set the standard for fine dining in Colorado, from sophisticated amuse bouche, little bites created by the chef to tempt the palate before the meal, to mignardise, bite-sized sweets to cap off what will be an unforgettable dining experience,” said Hoctor.

The Chophouse will also bring the show to the dining room with house specialties like Steak Diane, caesar salad and liquid nitrogen ice cream prepared  .

“Diners will enjoy the sound of the sizzling filet mignon when it first touches the copper pan,” said Hoctor. “The aroma of garlic and shallots dancing with the mustard and spices is followed by a fiery blaze of Cognac that warms the room and excites the senses, making that first bite of the USDA Prime beef tenderloin with organic mushroom Cognac cream sauce an experience diners will never forget.”
