The one-day-only menu includes Bourbon BBQ brisket, Korean BBQ ribs, grilled shrimp and so much more! Cost for the buffet is $20.99 without a players card and $18.99 with a players card for the BBQ and all-you-can-eat of your favorite buffet treats.

Executive Chef Anthony Ochoa is the mastermind behind Monarch's delicious buffet. Chef Ochoa is fresh off a win at last week's Black Hawk Casino Chef Cook-Off. He helped Monarch pick up the "Full House Award" for the dish with the best presentation for his incredible version of lobster ceviche in a coconut lime broth.
