Monarch Casino Resort Spa invites you to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a flavorful multi-course dinner and tequila pairing on Friday, May 5th, 2023. The dinner will take place at our award-winning restaurant, Bistro Mariposa, featuring a unique menu inspired by traditional Latin cuisine.
At 5 pm, guests can indulge in a festive five-course dinner expertly crafted by our outstanding culinary team. The menu features an array of mouth-watering dishes, each carefully paired with a tequila beverage.
The menu includes:
Langosta Frita (Chipotle Aioli, Radish Slaw, Green Onion, Tequila Batter) paired with Don Julio Tequila Reposado
Esquites con Camaron (Salsa Roja, Mojo Garlic, Grilled Corn, Cotija) paired with Herradura Tequila Reposado
Carne Asada (Chimichurri, Red Cabbage, Chile Oil, White Cheddar) paired with Patron Single Barrel Tequila Reposado
Cochinita Pibil (Date Puree, Salsa Matcha, Chicharron, Micro Cilantro, Queso Fresco) paired with DeLeon Tequila Reposado
Dulce Adios (Sopapilla Cheesecake, Honey, Mixed Berry Compote)
The evening will be hosted by our knowledgeable and friendly staff, who will provide insight into the history and traditions of tequila and guide guests through the pairing experience.
