Celebrate National Chili Day the right way at Monarch Casino Resort Spa

Warm up with a bowl of Monarch Casino Resort Spa’s homemade chili

With our recent cold spell, National Chili Day on February 27th is arriving just in time to warm you up! Monarch Casino invites you to celebrate with endless servings of made-from-scratch chili, guaranteed to thaw out even the coldest of travelers.

The tradition of American chili dates all the way back to Texas in the 1800s. People combined meat with peppers and wild onions to craft an easy-to-make dish that could feed the whole family. Over the years family recipes have evolved into the chili we all enjoy on our cold Colorado days.
