Monarch Chophouse Named One of the Best Casino Restaurants in the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards

Monarch Chophouse has turned its first USA TODAY 10Best nomination into a national Top 10 finish.

The steakhouse was voted No. 7 Best Casino Restaurant in the 2026 USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, making Monarch Chophouse the only Colorado restaurant to place among this year’s winners. The restaurant pairs a classic steakhouse menu with a nationally recognized wine program and service, which is increasingly earning the reservations of diners willing to make the short trip to Black Hawk, bypassing Denver’s established food scene.
